Receiving Ambassador of Lao PDR: DPM UM received Ambassador of Lao PDR

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar U ThanS we received Mr. HeuangsengKhamdalavong, Ambassador of Lao PDR to Myanmar who is leaving Myanmar after completion of his tour of duty in Myanmar on 30th October, at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the farewell call, they reviewed the development of the existing traditional friendly relations and candidly discussed matters on wide range of issues pertaining to the potential for further strengthening the mutually beneficial cooperation especially in the areas of trade and investment, tourism and people-to-people contacts between the two countries as well as closer collaboration in both regional and multilateral arenas.
