





An event to receive guidance from the Chief Minister of Shan State for students attending the University for the Development of National Races of the Union (Sagaing) and the Degree College for National Youths’ Skills Development (Yangon and Sagaing) was held at No. (1) Basic Education High School’s Daw Khin Thein Hall in Taunggyi, Shan State (South) On October 28.
During his speech, Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung shared words of guidance, emphasizing that the University for the Development of National Races of the Union (Sagaing) and the Degree College for National Youths’ Skills Development (Yangon and Sagaing) aim to instill a strong sense of union spirit in the students. These institutions work to enhance the human resource capacity of ethnic nationalities to contribute to lasting unity and understanding, mutual respect, and regional prosperity. They foster students to become respectful, loyal educators who value the nation and the people. He urged the students to adhere to the school’s objectives diligently, strive for their degrees, and upon graduation, fulfill their responsibilities effectively as competent public servants in their respective regions and departments.
The Chief Minister of the state provided a total amount of 3.85 million kyats for the 77 students attending the University for the Development of National Races of the Union (Sagaing) and the Degree College for National Youths’ Skills Development (Yangon and Sagaing), with each student receiving 50,000 kyats. The students received the support, and one student expressed words of gratitude on behalf of all trainees.
