Nearly a thousand swans have made their seasonal arrival at the Great Swan National Nature Reserve in Rongcheng City, seeking refuge during the warmer winter months. This annual phenomenon occurs each mid-October, when tens of thousands of swans migrate from Siberia and other regions, returning in early March.

In recent years, local authorities have proactively implemented a range of measures aimed at safeguarding these wild migratory birds. Efforts such as dredging and ecological restoration have been pivotal in enhancing the habitat, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for the swans during their stay.
