China’s Diplomat meets Brazilian Delegation on Bilateral Ties

China’s top diplomat Wang Yi met with a high-level Brazilian delegation led by Rui Costa, Chief of staff of the presidency, in Beijing on Thursday, highlighting aligned development strategies, highly complementary economies, and shared governance concepts between the two countries.

Wang said that China and Brazil are the largest developing countries in the eastern and western hemispheres, respectively. Costa said his country is willing to work with China to push for more tangible results through cooperation in various fields such as economy, trade, finance, infrastructure, green transformation, scientific and technological innovation, hoping the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership will enter a new stage.
