India’s President Conferred with Honorary Doctorate in Algeria

India's President Droupadi Murmu was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Algiers in recognition of her advocacy of science and knowledge for all social groups in India. President Murmu said that education neutralizes the social inequalities and provides equal opportunity for all. She urged the Algerian government to avail the benefits of India’s I-TEC and other scholarship programmes.
