Dutch PM welcomes incoming President of EU Council in The Hague

Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof met incoming European Council president Antonio Costa at his official residence in The Hague. Costa is on a 27-member EU tour to meet heads of government. Costa will take over the EC presidency from Charles Michel on December 1.
