Turkish President Hosts Talks with Finnish President

Finland’s President Alexander Stubb paid an official visit in Turkiye on Tuesday. There was an official welcoming ceremony at the Presidential complex in Ankara. The visiting President later met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and held a joint press conference.

Speaking at the presser, Erdoğan said that the two leaders made discussion to work together against terrorism, and conflicts in Gaza. He added that the United Nations Mediation Friends Group, co-chaired by Turkiye and Finland, could take for lasting peace in Gaza.
