Commemorating Reception: 75th anniversary of the founding of PRC

Secretary of the State Administration Council Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe and wife attended a reception commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC) at the Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel on Friday.

Upon arrival, the SAC Secretary along with other dignitaries extended warm greetings to Ms. Ma Jia, the Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar and Senior Colonel Qu Zhe, the Chinese Military Attaché to Myanmar. They then toured a commemorative photo booth in honor of the PRC”s milestone.

The ceremony commenced with the national anthems of Myanmar and China, followed by a welcoming address from the Chinese Ambassador. The SAC Secretary and the Chinese Ambassador then jointly cut the ceremonial cake. The event concluded with an honorary dinner, graciously hosted by the Chinese Ambassador and Military Attaché for the distinguished guests.
