Schools Inspection: MOE Union Minister visits the schools in Nay Pyi Taw

On September 22nd, Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe, accompanied by relevant officials, inspected flood-affected basic education schools in Pobbathiri, Zeyathiri and Pyinmana Townships.

Their inspection tour began at Pobbathiri Township Basic Education Post-Primary School (Tada-U). There, they assessed inundated classrooms and the status of ongoing cleaning operations. Following the inspection, the Union Minister offered words of encouragement to the teachers and coordinated the needs.

The Union Minister and party proceeded to Basic Education High Schools (KyaukChat), (Sugar Mill) and (NyaungPinThar) as well as Basic Education Post-Primary School (Aing Sauk) in Zeyathiri and Pyinmana Township where they inspected the damaged school infrastructure.

The Union Minister then comforted the teachers, instructed to collaborate on resuming teaching and evaluated the progress of rehabilitation efforts and substitute overtime teaching.
