Relief Measures: MOI Deputy Minister visits Kalaw IPRD Office

Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint visited the Department of Information and Public Relations in Kalaw Township and inspected the damaged areas of the department office due to severe floods.

Then, the Deputy Minister met with the Tatmadawmen, social organizations and local residents who are conducting cleaning tasks at the department, gave words of thanks and provided cash assistance.

Later, the Deputy Minister met with the staff, gave words of encouragement and provided cash assistance. Subsequently, the Deputy Minister and party visited a relief camp opened at Myo Ma Monastery, gave words of comfort to the flood victims and provided foodstuff, clothes and cash assistance.
