Regional Meeting: 23rd Governing Board Meeting of SEAMEO CHAT

Deputy Minister for Education Dr. Zaw Myint attended 23rd Governing Board Meeting of SEAMEO Regional Centre for History and Tradition (CHAT) through video conferencing on 19th September.

During the meeting, the Deputy Minister stressed the efforts of Ministry in providing necessary infrastructure, assistance, salary and fund for the successful implementation of the procedures of SEAMEO CHAT.

Likewise, the researches, human resource development and raising awareness activities are conducted for the preservation of the cultural heritages and strengthening integration among member countries, he added.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Director General of department of management and relation under SEAMEO Secretariat Ms. Pintip Lamnirath, Director of SEAMEO CHAT and officials from member countries.
