IAEA chief speaks of 'challenges' of war at opening session in Vienna

The 68th Regular Session of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) opened at the UN headquarters in Vienna, Austria. High-ranking officials and representatives from IAEA Member States will consider a range of issues. "It is also important to make sure that nuclear safety and security prevail at times of war" said Rafael Grossi, the IAEA Director General during the opening speech.
