Waivers and debt restructuring for fishermen

In response, the State Bank of Viet Nam has instructed the banking sector to explore options such as debt restructuring, deferrals, debt rescheduling, interest rate support, and continued new loan offerings to help restore production and business activities. Those are effective measures to help affected individuals and businesses recover from the damage caused by Typhoon Yagi.
