Fans dressed as Uncle Roger set Guinness World Record

Malaysian comedian and YouTube star Nigel Ng achieved a new Guinness World Record on Saturday for the largest assembly of people dressed as his iconic character, Uncle Roger.

The event, held outside a shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur, saw 388 people successfully counted as donning Uncle Roger's trademark orange polo shirt and black pants. The jubilant crowd celebrated by chanting "Fuiyoh!"—a signature catchphrase of Ng's viral online character who comedically critiques food related content and world-renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay.

"It felt great to get the record," Ng said, adding that he was nervous not enough participants would show up.
