Prime Minister Modi at SEMICON India 2024

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated SEMICON India 2024 at India Expo Mart in Uttar Pradesh of India on Wednesday. The event attracts over 836 exhibitors from 24 countries at a single place for discussions and deliberations on the various needs of the semiconductor industry in India.

It has been the vision of the Prime Minister to position India as a global hub for semiconductor design, manufacturing and technology development. The three-day conference showcases India’s semiconductor strategy and policy which envisions making India a global hub for semiconductor.
