Torrential Floods leave several people dead in Morocco

Moroccan authorities announced Monday that the floods caused the rise of death toll to 18, including three foreigners. The floods, which were caused by heavy rains over the weekend, caused significant human and material losses. Rescue teams are still searching for four missing people amid continued bad weather conditions.
