




Supervised by the Magway Region Government, e-Government basic office works related computer training closing ceremony was held at the meeting hall of Magway Township collective office in the morning on September 9 and attended by the Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin, Region Government Ministers, Region Advocate General, Rectors and Principals from universities, degree colleges and institutes.
In his training closing remark, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin said that the e-Government system leverages technological advantages to make government operations more efficient and effective. By successfully building and utilizing an e-Government system, it is possible to reduce the size of government apparatus, conduct government activities more cost-effectively, ensure transparency, reduce corruption, enhance national development, easily collect public feedback, and minimize the distance between the government and citizens.
These benefits illustrate the many advantages of e-Government. As trainees or participants, it is important to continually strive to apply the knowledge acquired to the work environment. This commitment will enable to perform the duties proficiently and contribute effectively to the implementation of e-Government initiatives.
Next, the Chief Minister U Tint Lwin awarded the prizes to the outstanding trainees, Region Minister for Security and Border Affairs presented gifts of honor to the training instructors and the Region Minister for Transport and Communications gave the certificate of training completion to the trainees.
The training was attended by 60 trainees from Region Government office and General Administration Department from 26th August to 6th September, it’s reported.
