Inspection of security measures: SAC Chairman C-In-CDS inspected security measures

Chairman of State Administration Council Commander In Chief of Defense Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accompanied by Commander In Chief (Navy) Vice Admiral Htein Win, Commander In Chief (Air) General Tun Aung, Union level officials, Senior military officials and officials concerned inspected the implementation of peace and stability in the Region of East Command in the morning on September 3rd.

First, the Commander of East Command Ma-j Gen Zaw Min Latt reported the security measures for road and bridges, rehabilitation works for Loikaw and other townships, seizure of weapon from the PDF terrorists, status of PDF terrorists entered into the legal fold and capturing of illegal timbers.

Upon the clarification, SAC Chairman gave necessary instructions for the regional stability, security of roads and bridges, security measures to be taken for the Pa-O Self-Administered Zone, declaration on MNDAA, TNLA and AA armed insurgent groups as the terrorist groups and providing security measures in the process of taking population and housing census.

Next, the SAC Chairman accompanied by Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win and Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung visited regional military hospital in Aung Ban Township, inquired the health conditions and improvement of the military personnel seeking medical treatment, fulfilled requirements reported by the military personnel and provided cash of honor and gifts to them.

After that, the SAC Chairman inspected preparations for construction of football ground included 400 meters running track and gave instruction on the requirements reported by the responsible officials.
