Agricultural Inputs: Provisions for flood impacted paddy fields

Due to rising water level of Nga Wun River in Tha Paung Township of Ayeyawady Region, 2024-2025 monsoon paddy fields in Lae Ti Gyi village of Nga Bat Chaung village-tract were destroyed.

On the 27th of August, Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win along with the officials attended the ceremony on providing  paddy seeds and inputs to the farmers.

After delevering remarks by the Chief Minister, Chairman of Township Management Committee and Township Agricultural Development Committee clarified the situations on floods during 2024-2025  monsoon paddy cultivation season. It was followed by provision of paddy seeds and agricultural inputs to the farmers.

Then, the Chief Minister and party oversaw the paddy plantation and broadcasting of fertilizer to the paddy fields by the members of Village-tract Agricultural Development Committee at No. 815 paddy field and made instruction on cultivation of paddy on flood impacted fields.
