Special appeal tribunal: Special criminal and civil cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Myo Maung, U Khin Maung Gyi, U Thaung Naing, Dr. Ko Ko Naing passed judgments on a total of 6 special appeal cases including one special criminal appeal case and 4 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on 26th August, 2024.

Moreover, they also heard the 7 special criminal cases and 2 special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
