Costa Rica pledges to help Panama before OECD to get off tax haven list

Costa Rica's President Rodrigo Chaves promised to help Panama get off the black lists of tax havens, as his country will chair the summit of ministers of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

Panama has been accused of being a tax haven, placing the country on several lists, including one from the European Union.
