Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung together with State Ministers and officials met with the Township level departmental personnel, township elders, ward/Village Administrators and local residents at office of Township General Administration Department of Mong Khat Township, Kengtung District, Shan State (East) in the morning on 21st August.

In his opening remark, Chief Minister U Aung Aung said the tour is aimed at coordination and fulfillment for the requirements of the local residents in carrying out the regional developments and invited the departmental personnel and local residents to report the difficulties in the implementations of regional development works.

Next, the chief Minister coordinated and fulfilled the requirements reported by Chairman of Township Administration Body and Village administrators.

Next, the Chief Minister provided foodstuff for the personnel, 15 million Kyats of Village Development Project each to two villages and the Chairman of Township Administrative Body and responsible persons of relevant Village accepted.

After that, Chief Minister and party oversaw the Hsin-akary-3 monsoon rice seed producing plantation in Mong Yang Township, heard the clarification of the seed producing plantation and coordinated requirements.

Consequently, State Chief Minister met local farmers, coordinated requirements reported by local farmers and provided fertilizers, pesticide and foliar spray enhancers to the local farmers.
