Coordination Meeting: MSME development and road safety measures

A work coordination meeting on development of agriculture, livestock and MSME sectors and traffic safety measures was held at Nay Pyi Taw Council Office on August 15th.

Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo discussed the need to carry out the tasks for achieving the targeted yields by laying down the systematic plan. He added that efforts have to be made for development of crop yields and extended cultivation of oil crops and cotton as the national goal.

Based on agriculture and livestock industry, it is needed to boost production for ensuring food sufficiency, and exporting the surplus. For the safety of traffic in Nay Pyi Taw, the Council Chairman urged all to implement the Five-plan of Quick Win Program, along with educative campaigns.

The attendees discussed the work undertakings on the road safety measures, agricultural development, progress of livestock breeding and MSME industries.
