Coordination meeting: Kachin State CM gave a remark at the meeting

The 2nd coordination meeting to provide Administration and logistics and systematic management for the Township cleaning and greening and for the participation of local residents and civil society organizations, was held at Manaw Shwe Pyi Hall of Myitkyina Township’s combined office in the afternoon on 13th August.

At the meeting, Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan gave a remark.

Next, ways of participating by the residents in the garbage collection system and cleaning tasks, difficulties and requirements  were reported by the administrators of 28 wards, vehicles and machinery administration and personnel structural formation regarding with the garbage collection system of the development Committee by the Director  of State development Committee and urban data, population, capacity of garbage collection for a day, utilization and allocation of garbage collection vehicle, garbage tank, garbage dump and vehicle requirements.

Next, the coordinated discussion with the attendees were carried out on the extended designation of garbage disposal dumps, to conduct the educating talk, erecting notice boards and distribution of pamphlets, to fulfil required garbage collection vehicle, tri-motorcycle, establish ward-based garbage collection system, draw interest of the people and form the ground inspection teams.

Upon the coordination, Chief Minister gave necessary instruction and coordinated requirements.
