Inspection tour: MCRD UM inspected regional development works

The Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe accompanied by the officials made a ground inspection of regional development works of the villages in Bagan Archeological zone, Nyaung-U Township of Mandalay Region in the morning on 13th August.

The Union Minister inspected upgrading of Kone Dan Gyi Village entrance road as an asphalt road and digging and renovation of Phyauk-Seik-Pin lake No (1), (2) and (3), laying gravel road from the entrance of East Phwa-Saw Village to Zaya-Wei-Ri lake under the guidance of the head of State, entrance road to West Phwa-Saw Village, fulfilled requirements for the East Phwa-Saw Village primary school after meeting with the teachers and students, met with the trainees from sewing training in Tha-Htay-Kan Village of Nyaung-U Township and the cooking oil crops farmers at Anawrahta oil mill owned by Nyaung-U Township cooperative society.

Next, the Union Minister heard the report of implementing Myin-Ga-Bar as Smart Village, emerald Village project, Responsible Business Fund Project, gave necessary instruction, provided 60 million Kyats for Smart Village Project, 30 million Kyats for Responsible Business Fund and 15 million Kyats for Village Development Project and inspected laying Village Road.

Then, the Union Minister inspected construction of causeway on the entrance road of Nat-Kyo-Aing Village, heard the clarification of the responsible officials and gave necessary instruction.
