Special appeal tribunal: Special criminal and civil cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Kyi Thein, Daw Khin May Yi, U Thaung Naing and Daw Thin Thin Nwet passed judgments on a total of 6 special appeal cases including one special criminal appeal case and 5 special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Union Supreme Court at 9:30 AM on 12th August, 2024.

Moreover, they also heard the one special criminal case and 4 special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
