Health Care Services: Meeting with health staff in Kayah State

Kayah State Chief Minister U Zaw Myo Tin met with the staff from the Public Health Department and Treatment Department in the state at 500-bed People’s Hospital on Sunday.

The Chief Minister expressed thanks to the health staff for their active participation in regional development and rehabilitation measures for Kayah State. He urged all to make strenuous efforts for providing health care services in the state at full capacity, pledging to provide the needs.

After the meeting, the Chief Minister and party toured the hospital, comforting the patients. The Kayah State People’s Hospital has been closed temporarily due to the destructive acts of terrorists. With the collective efforts of the State Government and health staff, health care services have been able to provide to some extent at present.
