Gas explosion in Ayutthaya kills two

A gas explosion in a shipyard in Ayutthaya’s Bang Sai district has killed two people and injured three others. The cause of the explosion at Chartcholatarn Rungsawat shipyard is still being investigated. The names of the victims are not yet known.

The three injured people were rushed to a nearby hospital. This is not the first accident at this Bang Sai shipyard. On July 1st, 2016, an explosion there claimed the lives of four people, including a Cambodian national.
