Electricity Supply: MOEP Union Minister tours in Nay Pyi Taw

Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun visited Lewe Township Electric Engineering Office on Saturday, and met with the staff. Officials provided update reports on power consumption and distribution process in the township.

The Union Minister instructed for systematic undertakings of the tasks, making constant maintenance of the equipment. He then oversaw the work undertakings in the office. On arrival at the Power Sub-stations in Deckhinathiri and Zabuthiri Townships, the Union Minister instructed for worksite safety and sustainability of the facilities. He then oversaw the transmission of power to the townships and nearby villages.
