Bilateral Relations: MoU to sign between Kachin State and Nujiang of China

Plans are underway to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Kachin State Government and the Nujiang Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, People’s Republic of China.

On Thursday, a work coordination meeting was held to discuss the process. Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan emphasized the importance of adhering to existing laws and further strengthening the friendship through enhanced cooperation for prosperity and development. The attendees reviewed the facts to be included in the draft MOU and discussed suggested amendments.
