Inspection of providing assistance: YGN CM inspected providing flood affected people

Yangon Region Chief Minister and Region Government Ministers met with the departmental officials, officials from the Fire Service Department and responsible persons from the social organizations at U-To Agriculture and Livestock Breeding Camp of Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) in Taikkyi Township and gave instruction to provide basic foodstuff to the flood affected people.

Next, the Chief Minister heard the clarifications of acting Taikkyi District administrator and Township administrator regarding with the storage of basic foodstuff, distribution of foodstuff to the people in flood affected villages by the members of fire brigade, rescue efforts carrying out by the police members, military personnel and members of social organizations, providing healthcare Services given by the health personnel and opening relief camps and providing assistance in timely manner.

In responding to the clarifications, Chief Minister gave necessary instructions. After that, Chief Minister and party oversaw the packaging of basic foodstuff to provide the flood affected people, inspected a base of motorboats of the members of fire brigade to provide relief items to the people of inundated Hlaing Village and gave necessary instruction.
