Inspection of agriculture: NPT Chairman inspected solar water pumping system

Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council U Than Tun Oo together with the Nay Pyi Taw Council members and departmental officials inspected status of completing 200 artesian well and solar water pumping system implemented by the Rural Development Department with the Union Fund for 2024-2025 fiscal year at Malzalikone Village in Pyinmana Township and the responsible officials clarified the status of work completing and the beneficial acreage with the solar water pumping system.

Then, the Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council instructed utilization of water productively in the agricultural works and systematically and equally usage of water for achieving target yielding of crops and gave other necessary instructions.

Next, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman and party viewed the process of making rice straw manure at Plot No (1636) at the same Village. The departmental officials clarified the process of making rice manure and usage of it, benefits of the manure, nurturing of rice seedlings, cultivation with the seeders and supplying irrigation water. 

Regarding with the clarifications, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman gave necessary instructions to the farmers and the responsible officials.
