Diplomatic Relations: Receiving Russian Ambassador to Myanmar

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Myanmar Mr. Iskander Azizov on 26 July at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the meeting, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the friendly bilateral relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries including the promotion of cooperation in science and technology, customs matters, trade, economic, investment, education and culture sectors, as well as closer collaboration in regional and multilateral contexts.
