Kamala Harris meets Israeli PM Netanyahu

US Vice President and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Vice President's ceremonial office at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building in Washington, DC. 

During the meeting, Harris said she will always ensure that Israel is able to defend itself from Hamas and other militant groups. She also expressed serious concern about the scale of the human suffering in Gaza, including the deaths of an increasing number of civilians. She also expressed her support for a two-state solution that President Joe Biden is seeking.
