Prize awarding ceremony: Sagaing Region CM awarded the prizes

The prize awarding ceremony of 2024 Sagaging Region Chief Minister’s Cup Inter-Township U-18 Men and Women Athletics Events Competition was held at the People’s playground in Monywa Township in the morning on 16th July and attended by Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw and wife, Region Ministers and wives and departmental officials.

Before the prize awarding ceremony, the Chief Minister and officials watched the final events of 400 meters and 100 meters Men/Women Relay Races, 200 meters Racing, High Jump and Javelin, the Region ministers awarded the medals individually to the first, second and third prize winners in each event.

The Chief Minister’s wife presented the first, second and third prizes of women’s championship to the winner teams, Chief Minister awarded the first, second and third prizes of men’s championship and the cash prize and trophy to the winner of Indaw Township team and the documentary group photo was taken, it’s reported.
