Brest Maritime Festival is back after 8 years

After an eight-year absence, the Brest International Maritime Festival, one of the largest maritime gatherings in the world, is back. Under a fine rain, the quaysides of the Breton port welcomed locals and tourists who came to admire the flotilla of a thousand tall ships and other boats.
