Agricultural Development: Research works for boosting the yields of crop

The Department of Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation is conducting research works for boosting the yields of crop.

The current research works include the impact of plant tonic and hybrid paddy. On Wednesday, Deputy Minister Dr. Tin Htut visited the department to oversee the research works on impact of using plant tonic and model plantation of hybrid paddy. During the visit, the Deputy Minister instructed to make systematic implementation of the research works through constant studies on each subject.
