Regional Forum: SAC Vice Chairman leaves for China

Led by Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win, Myanmar delegation comrpised with Deputy Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Min Thu and senior officials from SAC Vice Chairman’s Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs left for People’s Republic of China on Saturday, to attend the Green Development Forum of Shanghai Cooperation Organization which will be held from 8th to 9th July in Qingdao City of Shandong Province in China.

On arrival at Kunming City, Myanmar delegation led by the Vice Chairman of the SAC, Deputy Prime Minister was welcomed by the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People's Government of Yunnan Province Mr. Zhang Shijin, Consul-General of Myanmar in Kunming U Thwin Htet Lin and the concerned officials.

The delegation also met with the Deputy Administrator of Yunnan Province, Mr. Wang Hao at the Special Guest Hall of the International Airport.

In the evening, Myanmar delegatin led by the Vice Chairman of the SAC, Deputy Prime Minister arrived at Qingdao City and was welcomed by Myanmar Ambassador to China U Tin Maung Swe, Deputy Secretary General of Chinese Communist Party of Qingdao Municipality and the concerned officials.
