Indian Navy Chief meets Bangladesh Army Chief in Dhaka

Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi met the Chief of Army Staff of Bangladesh, Gen Waker-Uz-Zaman in Dhaka. Both sides discussed longstanding & robust ties between the two nations.

They also talked about the initiatives for enhancing defense cooperation & exploring further avenues in areas of training & joint exercises between the armed forces of Bangladesh & India. Thursday was the last day of his four-day official visit to Dhaka.
