Press Release: DPM MOFA UM received Ambassador of PRC

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe, received Ambassador of China to Myanmar Mr. Chen Hai who is leaving upon completion of his tour of duty in Myanmar, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on 4th July.

At the farewell call, both sides cordially exchanged views on the matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the existing “Pauk-Phaw” relations between Myanmar and China, the mutually beneficial cooperation in both regional and international arena, especially in ASEAN and United Nations, the maintenance of peace and stability along Myanmar-China border and the acceleration of Myanmar-China bilateral relations.
