Power Sector: Inspection of Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation

Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun on Sunday afternoon inspected the Yangon Electricity Supply Corporation in Ahlone Township.

First, at the storeroom the Union Minister heard report on work processes and stressed that the importance of inspection of stored items every 3 months, plan for tender, effective use of budget and fire drill. And, he inspected the storeroom.

The Union Minister also visited the transformer repair division, underground cable division, sky cable division and street light division, heard report and gave necessary instructions for matters including repaired transformers checking and tender.
