Malaysia to join World Expo 2025

Malaysia intends to reinforce the broader message of unity and prosperity in the ASEAN family through the country’s participation in the World Expo 2025, in Osaka.

Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia said, next year is an exciting year for Malaysia, considering that the country will not only appear on the world stage at Expo 2025 but will also assume the role of ASEAN Chairman.

The 2025 World Expo in Osaka, to be held from April 13th to Oct 13th, 2025, is expected to attract 28.2 million visitors. A total of 161 countries and nine international organizations have confirmed their participation so far.
