Biogas Production: Magway Region Supervision Committee holds meeting

Magway Region Biogas production supervision committee held a work coordination meeting at the regional Government office.

In this meeting, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin said that electricity consumption can be reduced by using biogas produced from cow dung. Biogas can be used for instead of firewood, reducing deforestation.

The production and use of biogas in villages in the region will continue, the Chief Minister added. And, the meeting continued with discussions on matters including biogas production, and the Chief Minister coordinated the discussions.
