Pope Francis holds special prayer for peace in the Holy Land

Pope Francis holds a prayer for peace in the Holy Land in the Vatican gardens, attended by the Israeli and Palestinian ambassadors to the Holy See.

The Pope called for an end to hostilities and a lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians, and also the ceasefire thinking of families, hostages and Israeli and Palestinian population and asked that they all be protected and receive all necessary humanitarian aid.
