Meeting on edible oil distribution: Yangon Region CM gave necessary instruction

The coordination meeting on distribution of edible oil to the townships in Yangon Region was held at the Region Government office in the evening on June 5 and the Chief Minister U Soe Thein gave a remark at the meeting.

Next, the Region Minister for Economic Affairs clarified the plans and arrangements to distribute edible oil for sale in the Region.

Then, the Region Government secretary clarified the status of District and Township administrative bodies to collaborate in the selling of edible oil.

Next, Vice Chairman of Myanmar Edible Oil Dealers’ Association, Deputy Chief of Region Police Force, Assistant Director of Yangon Region Bureau of Special Investigation, Director of Region Consumers’ Affairs Department, Chairman of Mayangone District clarified for selling edible oil in the townships.

After that, Region Chief Minister urged to carry out by collaborating among the selling responsible groups and the supervising groups to be systematic in selling and not to buy in rushing and in line up by the people and gave necessary instructions.
