






Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing together with the officials visited Maha Aungmyay Township office under the Ministry, oversaw the collecting Biographic and Biometric data for those who have received Citizenship Scrutiny Card (CSC) and issuing 10 digits of Unique ID, gave necessary instruction on the clarifications of the responsible officials and coordinated requirements.
Next, the Union Minister inquired the people about difficulties in the process, explained the benefits for those who have received UID number, accessibility with other Services and cordially greeted them.
Consequently, the Union Minister viewed the issuing CSC to those who have not received yet and those who exchanged with new one and collecting Biographic/ Biometric data from them. The CSC was issued to a total of 35 citizens who have not received yet one and those who exchanged with new one and their Biographic/ Biometric data was collected, and a total of 280 people who already had have CSC was issued UID numbers.
After that, the Union Minister inspected storage of documents and systematic keeping of personal files in the achieve room, gave necessary instruction and coordinated requirements upon the clarification of officials.
Then, the Union Minister met with the personnel from Region/District/Township offices in Mandalay Region at the hall of Region head office and gave necessary instruction.
Next, the personnel clarified the implementation of the tasks, difficulties faced at working and requirements to be fulfilled and the Union Minister gave necessary instruction, fulfilled requirements and provided foodstuff and cash assistance, it’s learnt.
