Inspection of schools: MoE UM inspected opening of schools

On Monday morning, Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe inspected the opening of Basic Education Schools for the 2024-2025 academic year in Nay Pyi Taw, ensuring the peaceful learning environment for the students.Upon the arrival at No. (14), No. (3) and No. (12) Basic Education High Schools in Zabuthiri, Pobbathiri, and Ottarathiri Townships, the Union Minister warmly greeted students and teachers.

He then toured around the peaceful learning of students and gave words of encouragement. Subsequently, the Union Minister oversaw the classrooms, school plantations, proper image and cleanliness measures in the school campus, ensuring that all requirements were fulfilled.

On June 3rd, basic education schools, universities, and education degree colleges across the regions and states commenced opening. Students and teachers are engaging in their studies peacefully. It’s reported that over 6.5 million students made their enrollments for this academic year from May 23rd to June 3rd.
