Providing Assistance: Rice provision for returnee locals in Hsihseng

National Disaster Management Committee provided rice provision to the returnee locals in Hsihseng Township of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone in Shan State (South) on 1st June.

Due to the attack by the terrorists, Hsihseng Township has suffered unnecessary damages. For the resettlement of the local residents, renovation works are being implemented systematically. During the ceremony, over 2,500 bags of rice were provided for more than 8,000 people from 6 wards and 6 villages in the township.
