Inspection Tour: Union Minister inspects factories in Bago & Yangon Regions

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than visited Yeni Paper Mill in Bago Region on 30th May, and inspected the production process. He instructed to manufacture better quality paper commercially. On the 31st, the Union Minister visited No.34 Heavy Industry in Thayawady, and heard reports on the operation process.

The Union Minister instructed for boosting production with quality products and worksite safety measures. They then proceeded to Letpadan and oversaw the work processes at the Tint Tint and Chef brands foodstuff industries. He also instructed for upgrading the packaging process for customers’ delight during his inspection at the production process.

In the evening, the Union Minister arrived at Anti-venom Division in Hmawby, and observed the breeding of horses. He instructed to increase the production of anti-venoms and implement measures to prevent seasonal diseases affecting the horses used in antidote production.
