School Stipends: Assistance provided for students

The Ministry of Industry provided school uniforms and teaching aid to students who are family members of the employees of the ministry for 2024-25 Academic Year.

In this ceremony held at the Ministry on Thursday morning, Union Minister Dr. Charlie Than stressed the crucial role of the basic education sector for the development of the country. A country will develop if the citizens are well-educated. As the government is providing compulsory basic education system, everyone is encouraged to make exerted efforts in promoting nation’s education sector, he added.

A total of 624 students who are the family members of the employees of the Ministry of Industry will attend Basic Education Schools in 2024-2025 Academic Year.
